I guess you could call this my first real post to this journal :P.. Anyway.

On June 24th, I went to a Bowling For Soup concert, in Papillion, Nebraska. It was the first official night of the Get Happy tour because before then not all of the bands had been there. 

It was so awesome! Definitely the highlight of my summer. I will post some pictures for you, under the cut!

The mirror has two faces,

The reflection is quiet.
So am I.

I wish...

I look out into the world.

Darkness,

Is all I see.

It's blurry and unclear,

As if Im looking into a thick fog.

It's growing dark and gray,

Very much like my life.

I am alone,

Even though there are people all around.

They pretend to care,

But they are using me.

I wish for once,

That I was liked, respected, needed, wanted,

And loved for who I am.
